PPHU MASTERS PRIVACY AND COOKIE POLICY
This Privacy Policy outlines the rules for storing and accessing data on Users' Devices using the Service for the purpose of providing electronic services by the Administrator, as well as the rules for collecting and processing personal data provided by Users voluntarily through tools available on the Service.
This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions, which define the rules, rights, and obligations of the Users utilizing the Service.
§1 Definitions
Service – The "pphu-masters.pl" website operating under the address https://pphu-masters.pl.
External Service – Websites of partners, service providers, or contractors cooperating with the Administrator.
Administrator of the Service/Data – The Administrator of the Service and Data (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator") is the company "F.H.U. Masters," operating at the address: Przemków, ul. Zielona 1, email address: biuro@fhu-masters.pl.
User – A natural person for whom the Administrator provides services electronically through the Service.
Device – An electronic device along with software through which the User accesses the Service.

Consent – A freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous indication of the data subject’s wishes, expressed through a statement or a clear affirmative action, by which they signify agreement to the processing of personal data.
Data Breach – A breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to personal data.
Pseudonymization – Processing personal data in such a way that it cannot be attributed to a specific data subject without additional information.
Anonymization – An irreversible process in which personal data is rendered anonymous, preventing identification or association with a specific individual.
§2 Data Protection Officer
In accordance with Article 37 of the GDPR, the Administrator has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.

§3 Types of Cookies
Internal Cookies – Files placed and read from the User's Device by the Service's teleinformation system.
External Cookies – Files placed and read from the User's Device by teleinformation systems of external services. Scripts and services provided by external services, consciously implemented into the Service, may place these Cookies on the User's Device.
Session Cookies – Files placed and read from the User's Device by the Service during a single session of a given Device. After the session ends, the files are deleted from the User's Device.
Persistent Cookies – Files placed and read from the User's Device by the Service until manually deleted. These files are not automatically deleted after the session ends unless the User's Device is configured to clear Cookies after the session.
§4 Data Storage Security
Mechanisms for storing and reading Cookies
Mechanisms for storing, reading, and exchanging data between Cookies saved on the User’s Device and the Service are implemented through built-in mechanisms of web browsers. These mechanisms do not allow access to other data on the User's Device or data from other websites visited by the User, including personal data or confidential information. It is also practically impossible for viruses, Trojan horses, or other worms to be transferred to the User's Device.
Internal Cookies
The Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the Users’ Devices and do not contain scripts, content, or information that could threaten the security of personal data or the security of the Device used by the User.
External Cookies
The Administrator makes every effort to verify and select Service partners with regard to User security. The Administrator collaborates with well-known, reputable partners of global trust. However, the Administrator does not have full control over the content of Cookies originating from external partners. To the extent permitted by law, the Administrator does not bear responsibility for the security of these Cookies, their content, or their use in compliance with licenses by scripts installed in the Service originating from external services. Control of Cookies
Users can independently change the settings regarding the saving, deletion, and access to data from Cookies stored by any website at any time.

Users can delete all previously saved Cookies at any time by using the tools of the User's Device through which they access the Service.
User Risks
The Administrator takes all possible technical measures to ensure the security of data stored in Cookies. The Administrator is not responsible for the interception, impersonation, or deletion of this data as a result of the User’s conscious or unconscious actions, viruses, Trojan horses, or other spyware that may infect or may have infected the User's Device. The Administrator ensures that every effort is made to keep personal data voluntarily provided by Users secure, that access to it is limited, and that it is processed in accordance with its intended purposes. The Administrator also ensures that all reasonable efforts are made to protect the data from loss through the application of appropriate physical and organizational security measures.

Access to data (usually based on a Data Processing Agreement) may be granted to entities responsible for maintaining the infrastructure and services necessary for the operation of the Service, such as:
Hosting companies providing hosting or related services to the Administrator.

The Administrator, for the purpose of running the Service, uses the services of an external hosting provider, VPS, or dedicated servers – Hostinger.
The hosting company, to ensure technical reliability, maintains logs at the server level. The logs may include:

Time of the request.
Time of the response.
Name of the client station – identification via the HTTP protocol.
Information on errors that occurred during the HTTP transaction.
URL of the previously visited page (referer link) – in cases where the User was redirected to the Service via a link.
Information about the User’s browser.

Diagnostic information related to the process of independently ordering services via the registration forms on the website.
Information related to the handling of email communication sent to or from the Operator.
§10 Processing of Personal Data
Personal data voluntarily provided by Users:
Personal data may be transferred outside the European Union.
The transfer of data outside the EU results from the use of services provided by entities located outside the EU or as a result of publication caused by the User's individual action (e.g., posting a comment or entry), making the data accessible to anyone visiting the Service.
If personal data is transferred or entrusted for processing outside the EU, it is processed based on an agreement between the Administrator and the service provider.
When transferring data outside the EU, the Administrator ensures that such transfers comply with GDPR requirements and are adequately secured.
Personal data will not be used for automated decision-making (profiling).

§11 Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data
The Service collects and processes Users' data based on the following:
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR):
Article 6(1)(a) – The data subject has given consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes.
Article 6(1)(b) – Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.
Article 6(1)(f) – Processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party.

§12 Retention Period for Personal Data
Personal data voluntarily provided by Users:
As a rule, the specified personal data is stored only for the duration of the Service provision by the Administrator within the framework of the Service. The data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days after the termination of the Service (e.g., deletion of a registered User account, removal from the Newsletter list, etc.).
An exception applies in situations that require securing the legally justified purposes of further processing of this data by the Administrator. In such cases, the Administrator will retain the specified data, from the moment the User requests its deletion, for no longer than 3 years in the event of a violation or suspected violation of the Service's terms and conditions by the User.
Anonymous data (non-personal data) collected automatically:
Anonymous statistical data, which does not constitute personal data, is retained by the Administrator for the purpose of maintaining Service statistics for an indefinite period.
§13 Users’ Rights Regarding the Processing of Personal Data
The Service collects and processes Users' data based on the following rights:

§15 Service Requirements
Limiting the ability to store and access Cookies on the User's Device may cause some functions of the Service to malfunction.
The Administrator assumes no responsibility for improperly functioning Service features if the User restricts the ability to store or read Cookies in any way.
§16 External Links
The Service – in articles, posts, entries, or User comments – may contain links to external websites that the Service Owner does not collaborate with. These links and the websites or files they direct to may be harmful to your Device or pose a threat to the security of your data. The Administrator is not responsible for content found outside the Service.
§17 Changes to the Privacy Policy
The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time without notifying Users regarding the use and processing of anonymous data or the use of Cookies.
The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy concerning the processing of Personal Data. Users with registered accounts or subscribed to the newsletter will be informed of such changes via email within 7 days of the changes being made. Continued use of the services constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of the changes to the Privacy Policy. If a User disagrees with the changes, they are required to delete their account from the Service or unsubscribe from the newsletter.
